We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Devoliax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
